After my last job upgrade, I got my own office. Though I did have someone else living it with me, another employee who held the same title, I was still thrilled to have it.
But after around 4 weeks, I was considering leaving and pursuing a business opportunity from home instead. This was due to my supervisor’s demand that I lessen time on the phone with my kids. That was not something I was comfortable with.
